KING KONG’s light transmitting concrete, CONCORUS, is based on the fusion of three main components - concrete, 3D printed sustainable plastic and light. When artificial or natural light hits the sustainable plastic, light is transmitted through the concrete’s surface, making it glow to life.
This is achieved thanks to a combination of high technology and craftsmanship in the semi-manual production process. The 3D printed sustainable forms are inserted into the concrete carefully by hand, depending on the project’s design.External factors such as temperature, flow velocity and distribution make every project subtly different from one another, making the light transmitting concrete, CONCORUS, truly unique.

CONCORUS is a precast concrete product. In a special process 3D printed sustainable plastics are inserted in a fine-grain concrete. Due to the relatively low portion of 3D printed plastic, the solidity and consistency of the light transmitting concrete is almost equivalent to high-strength concretes.
